feat(editor): turntable_headers.py writes //$e descriptions into the turntable templates of the scenery that have none (eng/obrotnica21m.inc, linia61/cze_obrotnica.inc): category turntable, length from the obrotnica<N>m model, the fixed positions read from the torNrot events, so the editor places them like its own; --zip packs every described turntable template, the editor's obrotnica16m_e and obrotnica21m_e included
