maj00r 435b80eb55 feat(editor): the hectometre posts go by the kilometrage of the line where the Kilometrage tool sets it, its jumps too, a post at a jump of the km on from it or of the km it is reached at, the km given at the point still there as a choice; the posts standing go with the place of their number nearest to them

feat(editor): the tutorial lesson of laying track lists Ctrl+wheel for the radius and Shift+wheel for the shape, the lesson of fixing tells the gizmo can be turned off so the track isn't moved or stretched by chance, and the clips only draw each frame over the last one, so every GIF reader shows them alike
