maj00r 0444070e12 Move rolling stock and physics into the domain 
VehicleDatabase becomes VehicleCatalog, Physics becomes VehiclePhysics, and the
textures.txt and .fiz parsers move to Infrastructure. GameLibrary replaces the
GameData singleton.
