maj00r c158a5c3ee include windows.h where Driver.cpp calls CreateDirectory ...

The _WIN32 branch of the physics-log setup calls a Win32 API the file
never included; Linux takes the mkdir branch, so it never showed up
locally. Swept the tree for the same shape - Win32 calls inside _WIN32
blocks without windows.h - and this was the only one.
